The Beck team meticulously designed the new flagship facility with patient-centric healthcare in mind. The strategic design approach was centered on early decision-making and concurrent project progress. One key element was identifying core and shell components early in the project. In addition, priority was placed on critical milestones and configuring infrastructure, which streamlined construction tasks, reduced the need for custom solutions and expedited the overall building process. The results are a cutting-edge medical office building that successfully consolidates 24 clinics and expands next-generation heart and vascular ambulatory care in a streamlined and flexible environment.

Patients are welcomed into a lobby with a grand staircase before moving into light-filled central waiting areas for specialty clinics on each floor. Each clinic module is a standardized “neighborhood,” with exam rooms that include demountable walls for future space changes with minimal disruption. For heart patients, a cardiac rehabilitation gym is located on the first floor, along with a demonstration kitchen. For all patients, there is a pharmacy for easy access. The comprehensive design ensures that patients and families can access a wide range of medical services in one location, guaranteeing a seamless healthcare experience.
