The Beck Team provided design-build services to renovate and expand a lounge space for busy physicians to rest in a glass roof conservatory.
The Beck Team provided extensive design-build expertise to update and expand the lounge space for physicians at Tampa General Hospital. The new space, a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics, features a lush and green conservatory with a glass roof, comfortable workspaces in soundproof rooms, an inviting coffee lounge and eatery space and various seating zones for physicians to meet and connect. Many of the design elements were custom-made, including the interior glass doors, natural walnut conference table with live edges and oak floors. The results, finished three weeks ahead of schedule, are a serene and calm respite in the middle of a busy facility.
