Children’s Health is strategically enhancing its healthcare services by establishing a comprehensive new clinic in the Fairview area. This innovative medical facility represents a significant expansion of their regional healthcare footprint, integrating multiple specialized medical services under one roof.
The new multi-specialty clinic and the Andrews Institute (CHAI) collectively offer a robust range of outpatient medical services. The Beck Group was selected to execute the design-build services for this approximately 24,600 square foot first-floor professional office space, creating an environment that prioritizes patient care and medical functionality.The multi-specialty clinic is meticulously designed with 22 exam rooms, 2 audiology assessment rooms, 2 flexible treatment spaces, and 2 procedure rooms. Adjacent to this, the CHAI clinic specializes in pediatric orthopedics and sports medicine, featuring 8 exam rooms, a dedicated X-ray area, 2 cast rooms, and a spacious open gymnasium for comprehensive patient rehabilitation and treatment.
