Beck served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Health Learning Building at the new University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School. The new 85,000 SF facility supports the university’s goal to create an internationally recognized medical school for high-quality education, research, and healthcare, with accommodation for long-term growth. The new state-of-the-art facility includes research laboratories and support spaces, classrooms, auditoriums, and administrative offices for the medical degree programs.
